Our Personal Trainers are highly qualified with degrees in Exercise Science and hold nationally accredited Personal Training certifications.
The BRC’s Personal Trainers are handpicked for their interpersonal skills, their motivating personalities and their dedication to providing fitness excellence to each client. We have different levels of Personal Trainers to match different levels of fitness needs. These levels for Personal Training are:
Personal Trainer, Master Trainer, and Elite Trainer
